CONSTITUTION:A reflector 9 is formed having a reflecting membrane 8 on one side surface of a sheet-form auxiliary conductor 7 for starting to facilitate the starting of a fluorescent lamp 1. And the auxiliary conductor 7 for starting and the refelctor 9 to reflect the light from the fluorescent lamp 1 are incorporated, so as to improve the workability in the assembly.
