PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency of a service center by preventing coin storing time from being included in the holding time of the service center. CONSTITUTION:This device is composed of a number of coins under storing counting/storing device 1, charging signal reception interval measuring instrument 2, number of times for receiving charging signals counting/storing device 3, number of stored coins counting/storing device 4, number of unstored coins storing device 5, temporary settlement of account for coins storing device 6, settlement of account for coins device 7 and coin storage delay controller 8, and the lack/excess of a fee is inspected by counting the number of coins stored in a temporary coin storage device 10 temporarily storing coins in advance. Thus, in the case of lack, coins are returned and in the other case, coins can be stored in a cycle physically enabling coin storage independently of the arrival intervals of charging signals. Since the cycle of charging signals can be set shorter than the minimum interval for physically storing coins, it is not necessary to wait for time for storing coins.
