Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To classify anti-phospholipid antibodies based on the bond patterns of the antibodies by making the antibodies to react to lipids having two or more kinds of negative charges under the presence of 2-glycoprotein I. CONSTITUTION:After, for example, a 2-glycoprotein I solution is dropped onto each well of a plate in which two or more kinds of lipids having negative charges are coupled and the solution is made to react with the lipids, an antibody contained in a liquid to be checked is made to react to the complex of the lipids and 2-glycoprotein I by adding a sample to be checked to the wells. Then, after washing the wells, enzyme-labeled anti-immunity globulin is made to react to the complex and to separate a solid phase from a liquid phase. The anti-phospholipid antibodies are classified by adding a substrate, such as hydrogen peroxide to the solid or liquid phase, measuring ferment activity contained in the phase, and plotting coupling patterns against each kind of lipid of the antibodies from measured values. |
