PURPOSE:To predict the concentration of a gradually releasable granule in blood plasma inside a living body without being affected by the release control mechanism of the gradually releasable granule by a method wherein, after the gradually releasable granule has been treated with oils and fats, it is stirred and eluted at the specific number of revolutions together with beads and the elution amount of a medicine at intervals of a prescribed time is measured. CONSTITUTION:A gradually releasable granule is treated with oils and fats; after that, it is stirred and eluted at 15 to 100 revolutions per minute together with Teflon beads 2; the elution amount of a medicine at intervals of a prescribed time is measured. The gradually releasable granule represents a granule preparation and a powder preparation which have been made gradually releasable or whose release has been controlled; it may be provided with any release control mechanism. A vehicle which is used to control the elution is not limited especially; a water-soluble polymer, a water- nonsoluble polymer and the like are combined; they are mixed with a main medicine such as acetaminophen or the like or they are used as an elution control film. Oils and fats which are a liquid at room temperature are used as the oils and fats; a medium-chain fatty acid triglycerine such as, e.g. Panasate, Coconad or the like or vegetable oil such as soybean oil, cottonseed oil or the like is used.
