PURPOSE:To accomplish a carrying method by obtaining a carrying member which can bond and hold goods without dropping until achieving a carrying object and separate the goods easily without any damage after achieving its object. CONSTITUTION:After achieving a carrying object by bonding and holding a carrying member 3 having a bonding force reduction type bonding layer 2 containing a foaming agent in at least one side of a support base material 1 and a carrying goods 3 through the bonding force reduction type bonding layer on the carrying member 3, a carrying method by which the bonding force reduction type bonding layer of the carrying member 3 reduces its bonding force by heating and the carrying goods is separated from the bonding force reduction type bonding layer is provided. Accordingly, the carrying member 3, the bonding force of whose bonding layer is reduced and vanished by a heat treatment is obtained and a carrying system is adopted by bonding and holding even for a polarized plate and a glass thin plate and the like. In the case of applying the bonding force reduction treatment system for a non-bonding and holding part, the bonding and holding can be carried out under the buffer and protection by the non-bonding and holding part.
