PURPOSE:To lower a maintenance cost and obtain comfortable warmth with safety by connecting a heat feeding source for circulating a heat medium, to a heating piping, and by applying heat to a radiating plate on the surface of a seat section or a back- supporting section. CONSTITUTION:Warmed water heated to a specified temperature by an electric water- heater is circulated in the respective hot-water pipes 3 of a seat section and back- supporting section, via a piping. From the respective hot-water pipes 3 with the peripheries surrounded with thermal insulation material 4, via heat-transmitting materials 2, the heat of warmed water is transmitted to a radiating plate 1, and the seat surface and the back-supporting surface are heated quickly and firmly. A user sitting down on a chair is heated from the back to the rear side of the knee, and so comfortable and mild warmth can be obtained. Besides, a hot heat feeding source like an electric heater is not at a place to be contacted with the hand of the user, and so the chair is very excellent, also in safety. Besides, the electric water heater is used, only for keeping the temperature of the warmed water, and a place for the cause of lowering the temperature of the warmed water is of the radiating plate 1 only, and so energy necessary for heat application is limited, and the device is very economical and is kept at a low maintenance cost.
