CONSTITUTION:In the objective method for detecting HTLV-II DNA by amplifying a region in the HTLV-II DNA according to a polymerase chain reactional(PCR) method and detecting the amplified DNA region, the region present between the 3000th base and the 4000th base of the HTLV-II genome DNA is amplified.
