Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the subject device capable of culturing plants in a room without causing root rot by setting a culture soil container through space on a water storage tank having a mechanism for indicating an amount of water stored and making the bottom of the culture soil container water-permeable and air permeable. CONSTITUTION:A culture soil container 22 is set through space 25 on a water storage tank 21 having a mechanism 27 for indicating an amount of water stored. The bottom 23 of the culture soil container is made of a water-permeable and air-permeable material. Water is sprinkled from the top of the culture soil container and excessive water stored in the water storage tank can be prevented from rising to the culture soil container.
