PURPOSE: To provide a reception device which can easily execute integration by providing a means for correlating a data signal with judged data signal for generating a control signal. CONSTITUTION: The data signal (d) is supplied to a correlation means 14 and a data judgment circuit 11. The judged data signal (e) is generated on the output side of the judgment circuit 11 and it is supplied to the correlation means 14. A correlation signal is generated on the output side of the correlation means 14 and a voltage control oscillator 12 in the device is controlled through a loop filter 13. The voltage control oscillator 12 generates a clock signal (t) against the data judgment circuit 11. The data signal received in the correlation means 14 is correlated with the judged data signal (e) and the correlation signal (k) is used as an error signal for tuning the voltage control oscillator 12. In such clock reproduction device, the received data signal (d) is correlated with the judged data signal, namely, the estimation value of the same data signal.
