Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a radio frequency switch circuit high in separation characteristic, high in speed switching characteristic and easy to manufacture. CONSTITUTION: This switch circuit 14 includes an RF switch 18 having a common port 18a and a pair of branching ports 18b and 18c, which are connected to the input port 14a of the circuit, and an RF switch 28 having a common port 28a, a pair of branching ports 28b and 28c, which are connected to the output port 14 of the circuit. The switch circuit includes an RF transmission circuit network 26 having an end part connected to the branching port 18b of the RF switch 18 and an end part connected to the branching ports 18b of a pair of the branching ports in the RF switch 28. The switch circuit contains an RF terminal 24 having an impedance characteristic matched with the common port 18a and having an end part connected to the branching port 18c of the RF switch 18 and the end part connected to reference potential.
