PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform the switch of an active use and a standby use in short time and to prevent the lost of storage information even when a fault by which the storage information of an old active use system becomes illegible occurs. CONSTITUTION:In a centralized monitoring device composed of an information distribution device 1 inputting monitoring information and outputting it to two information processors, two information processors 2, 3 processing monitoring information and outputting display information only when it is an active use system and a display device 4 displaying display information, monitoring information is periodically distributed to the two information processors 2, 3, respectively, from the information distribution device 1 and the state matching of the both information processors 2, 3 is periodically performed.
