PURPOSE:To more surely transmit a message to an operator and to eliminate the danger of missing the message by providing a message information processing means, character image display means for message information and voice output means for message information CONSTITUTION:A program loader 2 is connected to a programmable controller 1, and the operating state of the controller 1 is monitored by the loader 2. A display message 4 is displayed at a display part 3 on the programming loader 2. The operator can confirm the display message 4 by gazing at the display part 3. When a speaker 5 is connected to the programming loader 2, the same message information as the displayed picture is converted to voices and outputted in words from the speaker 5 by a voice output function built in the loader 2. Therefore, not only the operator but also a joint worker positioning near the programming loader can confirm the operating condition of the programmable controller 1 without watching the display part 3.
