Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a mold for sampling trace elements to be analyzed from molten metal, e.g. molten steel. CONSTITUTION:In a mold for sampling elements to be analyzed from molten metal, a molten-metal separating gate 4, which is formed of material having poor wettability with the molten metal, for partitioning the sample and a ground metal is provided at the upper end part of a sample mold 1. Or the molten-metal separating gate 4, which is formed of material having poor wettability with the molten metal, for partitioning the sample and the ground emtal is provided at the upper part in the inside of the sample mold 1. Thus, sampling becomes easy, and the sample can be conveyed to an analyzing step quickly.
