Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To implement the lightweight structure by using a carbon fiber reinforcement resin for the inner side pipe of a front fork of a motorcycle, and providing a layer which is less frictional and where the wear or separation may be difficult. CONSTITUTION:An internal coat layer 14 which is composed of a resin blended with Al, Zn, Sn or Pb and an external coat layer 15 which is composed of Mo, TiO2, WC or Cr3C2 are laminated on the surface of a pipe body 11 made of a carbon fiber reinforcement resin.
