Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the subject preparation having excellent antioxidant activity and lipoperoxide-inhibitory activity. CONSTITUTION:This preparation contains (A) at least one kind of galenical drug extract selected from the extract from the root of Scutellaria baicalensis and that from the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra and (B) lactic acid bacteria fermentation liquor, and, if desired, (C) vitamin E. This external preparation is useful as a cosmetic excellent esp. in the aging-preventive effect and cosmetic effect on the skin.
