Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide placing powder 1 effective in preventing the fusion of ceramic substrates 2 with each other, easily removable from the ceramic substrate 2 and enabling the production of ceramic substrate having smooth surface in high efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Spherical ceramic powder containing particles having particle diameter of 15-60mum accounting for >=99% of the total ceramic powder is used as placing powder for baking. Ceramic substrates 2 are stacked one upon another interposing the placing powder 1 and baked.
