PURPOSE:To prevent the exfoliation of a foamed urethane member in installation by externally fitting a resin foamed member having the nearly equal outside diameter to that of a union nut in the grommet penetration part of a pipe projection part and installing a cap having a shape covering the resin foamed member on installation. CONSTITUTION:A union nut 82 for connecting pipes is screwed with the screw part 81b of the projection part 81 of a coolant flow pipe 80 projecting from a unit case 11, and a foamed urethane member 83 having the nearly equal outside diameter to the outside diameter of the union nut 82 is externally fitted to a pipe body 81a. Further, a cap 84 which is previously fitted on the pipe projection part 81 covers a part of the union nut 82 and the foamed urethane member 83 by a covered part 84b, and a projection 91d having the inside diameter R which is slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the foamed urethane member 83 is formed on the wall surface of a through hole 91a for the insertion of the pipe projection part 81 of a grommet 91 fitted on a dash panel 51. Accordingly, a through hole 51a does not contact the foamed urethane member 83 in the installation of the grommet 91, and the exfoliation of the foamed urethane member 83 is prevented, and cost reduction can be achieved.
