Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To avoid damage of a printing head when the printing head is driven, while a screen is disposed so as to provide a flat printing surface, and a suspending layer is retained in a flat relation to the printing head on the screen. CONSTITUTION: A base 32 having an upper surface forming a predetermined plane and disposed accurately in order to support a screen 14 mounted to a frame 6 on the predetermined plane, and a support 10 including a floating box 30 are provided. The upper edge of the floating box 30 extends parallel to the upper surface of the base 32 and forms the predetermined plane. The screen 14 agrees with the predetermined plane by being pressed downward and stretched along the upper edge of the floating box. The support includes a locating block 140 and clamps 44, 46, 40, 42, which allow frames 6 to be located uniformly along the X and Y coordinate axes so that successive frames can be located in uniform registration in the system.
