Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain high joint strength by bringing a metal member formed with a sintered self-fluxing alloy film on the surface into contact with molten metal thereby diffuse-joining the sintered self-fluxing alloy film with the metal member and bring the film into contact with the molten metal. CONSTITUTION:Scale-shooting is applied on an S45C steel-made ring 1 to remove contamination of the oxide on the surface and successively, after organic solvent solution containing the suitable quantity of organic compound as binder is applied on the inner peripheral surface 2 of the ring 1, the self-fluxing alloy powder is stuck to the inner peripheral surface. Successively, after the self- fluxing alloy powder is sintered in a heating furnace having N2 atmosphere, the sintered powder is cooled in the air to form the sintered self-fluxing alloy film on the inner peripheral surface of the ring 1. Thereafter, after the ring 1 is arranged in a sand mold, molten spheroidal graphite cast iron is poured to obtain a shaft 3 joining the ring 1.
