Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To control denitration so as to set discharged nitrogen oxide to a prescribed value or less in a composite cycle power generating plant having a multistage combustion type combuster. CONSTITUTION:A function generator 22 for estimating the discharge amount at the time of starting, an function generator 23 for estimating the discharge amount at the time of stoppage, a preceding NOx operation apparatus 38 calculating the discharge amount of nitrogen oxide discharged from a gas turbine at the time of starting or stoppage on the basis of the nitrogen oxide discharge patterns from the function generators to precedingly add the same to a discharge amount of nitrogen oxide and a reducing substance injection judging apparatus 41 judging whether the injection of a reducing substance is possible to set the injection mount thereof to zero in an impossible case to independently control denitration are provided in an individual denitration control apparatus.
