Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To raise the system efficiency by constituting a molten carbonate fuel cell as flowing cathode exhaust gas produced by the cell reaction into a reforming unit, for the purpose of applying heat to the reforming unit. CONSTITUTION:Cathode exhaust gas C2 produced by cell reaction of cathode gas C1, which has been divided to each of cells in a cell stack 13 through cathode gas feeding passages 8, with anode gas, is divided to each of heat exchanger passages 9 in each of reforming units 1 through a cathode exhaust gas feeding manifold 11. As the cathode exhaust gas C2 has high fever because the cell reaction heat was applied to it, the unit 1 is heated during the cathode exhaust gas C2 is flowing from the upstream side to the downstream side in the passage 9, and after that, the cathode exhaust gas C2 is discharged to a cathode exhaust gas exhaust manifold 12 on the side of anode gas feeding passages 6 in the stack 13. In this way, the system efficiency is raised as it is not necessary to feed a great amount of heat from the outside to the unit. |
