PURPOSE:To open or close a door singly at an inlet/outlet of a tray for CD. CONSTITUTION:In an audio equipment provided with a door 3 at an inlet/outlet of a tray 6 for loading for transferring a disc, cassette tape or the like having an information signal recorded thereon to a playing position from a leading position or to the loading position from the playing position, a door opening/ closing driver 8 is arranged separately from a tray opening/closing driver 7. As the door opening/closing driver 8 is independent of the tray 6 opening/closing driver, a button operation is possible without disturbance with the tray 6, hence, a CD set at the playing position even when an operation button is disposed inside the door 3. The opening/closing control of the door 3 and the tray 6 with a microcomputer prevents interference between the door 3 and the tray 6 thereby enabling the opening or closing of the door 3 and the tray 6 smoothly.
