CONSTITUTION:In a diverter plate 1 which has an inlet header 3 and an outlet header 4 and a number of cooling pipes arranged jointly to connect the headers, adjacent cooling pipes 2 are insulated from each other electrically. A pipe made of a functionally gradient material produced by compounding electrically insulating ceramics and metal is joined metallurgically at least at one point of th cooling pipes 2. |
