BRICK DISTRIBUTING DEVICE FOR CONVERTER BRICK PILING-UP MACHINE

PURPOSE:To reduce a burden of a worker and improve working efficiency by a method wherein there are provided a brick direction changing device which is rotatable at a top part of a brick transporting device and a brick discharging device rotated outside the brick direction changing device toward a brick stacking-up position under its follow-up movement. CONSTITUTION:Bricks 101 arranged at a brick arranging part 100 are fed into a brick distributing part 300 at a transporting part 20. Then, the bricks 101 are lifted up to the position of the slide fork 340 within a furnace repairing tower 201 by a lift hanger type transporting device and delivered to the fork 340. The brick direction converting device 330 is rotated in a brick feeding-out direction and the bricks 101 are directed toward the discharging direction. Concurrently, the brick feeding-out device 310 is also rotated in response to the former movement, a pusher 350 is also operated to cause the bricks 101 to be pushed onto the roller conveyor 360. Then, the bricks 101 are transported to the predetermined position of the converter 10 by the roller conveyor 360.
