Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject paper having heat-resistant shape-retainability and good paper-making property by adding a fibrous material and/or other additive to a mixture of calcium silicate and magnesium oxysulfate and making a paper therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A paper is produced from a mixture obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a mixture of 90-20wt.% of calcium silicate and 10-80wt.% of magnesium oxysulfate with (B) 5-100 pts.wt. of a fibrous material and/or other additive (e.g. a polymer agglomerate). A heat-resistant paper having excellent flame-retardancy or incombustibility can be produced by this process.
