SCREEN PRINTING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To prevent printing with blur, bleeding, and poor continuity to improve quality in a screen printing machine provided with an image processor. CONSTITUTION:A screen printing machine comprises an image processor 12 receiving an image from a camera 4, detecting an abnormality caused by a clog in a screen part 5, and controlling an NC part 11; a control part 13 controlling the entire screen printing machine; the screen part 5 disposed movably in X-, Y-, and theta-directions; and a cleaner part 14 cleaning the screen part 5. The screen part 5 is provided with a pulse motor and driven in X-, Y-, theta- directions under the control of the NC part 11. The cleaner part 14 is provided with a motor 15 and a solenoid 16 and driven by the NC part 11 for cleaning the rear surface of the screen part 5. When the camera 4 recognizes the clogged stated of the screen part 5, the image processor 12 receives the image information of the camera 4, detects an abnormality, and transmits a signal to the NC part 11 to bring it under control.
