Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the plasma arc welding equipment where excellent heat concentricity of a plasma arc and satisfactory arc ignitability can consist together and satisfactory welding can be always performed by applying this to automatic welding work, etc. CONSTITUTION:A gas changeover circuit 20 is provided and gas carried to a center gas nozzle 91 is changed over to both of argon gas and mixed gas at one's option. Welding with excellent heat concentricity of the plasma arc and satisfactory arc ignitability can be performed by changing over the gas right after welding is started and right after welding is completed.
