Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of skinning phenomenon at meniscus by constituting the tip part of a casting nozzle capable of being heated with a heater. CONSTITUTION:On the outer peripheral surface of molten metal dipping part of the casting nozzle 1 having one pair of molten metal discharging holes 2 of rectangular cross sectional flowing passage, surrounded step is arranged and a carbon sheet type heater 8 is wound there. The carbon sheet 8 has three- layer structure made of heat resistant insulating sheet and its lead part is energized and the heating is executed. By this method, the stickness of metal to the casting nozzle is restrained and solidification of molten metal is prevented and the skinning at the meniscus is surely prevented. Further, there are effects of prevention of the casting nozzle from breakage and prevention of twin belts from deformation and damage.
