Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To maintain an adequate pressure in an adsorption chamber and to surely regenerate a moisture adsorbent. CONSTITUTION:A circular recessed part 25C is provided on the other surface side of a valve seat member 25 and a shutter 28 formed with a shutter hole 28A of the aperture width changing gradually toward the circumferential direction is rotatably inserted into the position corresponding to the orifice 25D of the circular recessed part 25. The flow passage area of the orifice 25D is adjusted by the shutter hole 28A. Then, the flow passage area of the orifice 25D is adjusted with the shutter hole 28A by relatively rotating the shutter 28 and the valve seat member 25, by which the adequate pressure is maintained in the adsorption chamber and the adsorbent 9 is surely regenerated even if a fluctuation arises in the flow passage area (hole diameter) of the orifice 25D at the time of forming the valve seat member 25.
