FILTER DEVICE AND OIL MIST COLLECTOR USING THIS FILTER DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable the use of different filter media by holding a compact outside shape. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a body 20 is divided to an upper chamber UR, a middle chamber MR and lower chamber DR by partition walls 21, 22. A cylindrical first filter 31 which is formed with a suction hole 27 on a partition wall 22 and a vent hole 35a at one end and executes filtration with its inside surface is disposed in the middle chamber MR in such a manner that this vent hole 35a faces the suction hole 27. A cylindrical second filter which is formed with a discharge hole 26 on the partition wall 21 and a vent hole 44a at one end and executes filtration with its outside surface is disposed in the middle chamber MR in such a manner that the vent hole 44a faces the discharge hole 26. The air sucked from a suction duct passes the first filter 31 externally and internally and enters the inside of the middle chamber MR, further passes the first filter externally and internally and is discharged from the discharge hole 26.
