MAINTENANCE OPERATION TRAINING SYSTEM FOR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE

PURPOSE:To train the maintenance and operation by mass-education at a low cost by connecting the system to a central controller via a MODEM, managing information of trainees and displaying a task onto a terminal equipment so as to train the trainees. CONSTITUTION:The system is made up of a central controller 1 having a course- ware verification function and a training device connecting to the controller 1 via a MODEM 14. A training supervisor uses a terminal equipment 9 to start a trainee management module 7 for the registration of a trainee and to start authering module 6 for the registration of a training task and a kind of a command to be applied. When a trainee uses the terminal equipment 9 to enter its name and its password, A system management sub-system 3 inquires of the trainee management module 7 about its validity. When the password is correct, the course-ware sub-system 4 is started and it inquires of a training result management module 8 about the degree of training and displays a proper task onto the terminal equipment 9. Since the trainee makes study according to the display, the same operation as the real situation is attained and the maintenance and operation is trained at a low cost by mass-education.
