Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable only an ultraviolet ray necessary for hardening treatment to be radiated, and improve efficiency for the use of the ultraviolet ray by transmitting only the ultraviolet ray providing a cold filter between an electrodeless light emitting tube and an irradiated object for reflecting an infrared ray and a part of a visible ray. CONSTITUTION:The ultraviolet component of emitted light (1) toward a cold mirror 4, is reflected therewith at a high rate and radiates an irradiated object 10 as reflected light (2), among radiations emitted all around from an electrodeless light emitting tube 1 (lamp). On the other hand, direct light (3) directly radiated on the object 10 without coverage by the mirror 4 passes through the ultraviolet ray at a high rate via a cold filter CF laid between the lamp 1 and the object 10, and radiates the object 10. Consequently, a visible ray near the infrared ray and infrared light are eliminates from the light radiated on the object 10 by the mirror 4 or the filter CF. According to this construction, the object 10 becomes free from a thermal influence, and there is no ultraviolet loss due to the filter CF, thereby improving efficiency for the use of the ultraviolet ray for the object 10. |
