Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To secure the shielding performance over a wide band ranging from a low frequency band to a high frequency band and save the labor for shielding operations. CONSTITUTION:This shielding floor is provided with an electomagnetic shielding member 12 being installed in a wall part 11, conductive concrete 14 being formed in a floor part 13 and mixed with a carbon fiber or the like, and a metallic mesh 15 being installed in the conductive concrete 14 and making concrete admittable. In addition, it performs an electric connection between the electromagnetic shielding member 12 of the wall part 11 and the metallic mesh 15 of the floor part 13.
