Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obviate a job for concrete placing at a construction site and any welding at a factory and a job site, and improve the transport efficiency in preventing such a possibility that something like a bracket might be projected to the side of a column and reduce working manhours at the site. CONSTITUTION:At the upper end of a concrete column 1, an end plate 23 of a beam 17 is clamped locked tight so as to hold it between top and bottom by a pair of diaphragms 6 and 7 via a steel rod 12 piercing through the column 1 and the paired diaphragms 6, 7. In addition, both vertical ends of the end plate 23 are engaged with two grooves 10 and 10 of the paired diaphragms 6 and 7.
