Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition useful for treating rhinitis, conjunctivitis, etc., having antiinflammatory action and antialergic action, excellent in stability, comprising a bradykinin antagonist, a physiologically permissible solvent, etc. CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises (A) a bradykinin antagonist such as an oligopeptide of the formula, (B) a physiologically permissible solvent such as water, optionally (C) a physiologically permissible buffer agent such as acetic acid/sodium acetate, (D) an isotonic additive such as 0.9% saline solution, (E) a preservative such as benzalkonium chloride, (F) a thickening agent such as cellulose ether and (G) an ointment base such as white petrolatum. The dose of the composition is 0.1mL based on a nare and applied several times daily.
