MOLDED BODY SUPPLYING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the labor and shorten the time required for supplying work and realize compact processing equipment and labor saving by holding a molded body such as a glass cartridge in a horizontal conveying tube and erecting the tube for insertion into a vertical transporting tube. CONSTITUTION:A molded body such as a glass cartridge G is first inserted into a horizontal transporting tube 26 and held keeping the axis horizontal. In this state, however, a shutter 38 is closed, and the pulling out of the molded body G from the connecting end of the horizontal tube 26 with a vertical transporting tube 30 is restrained. In the next step, the horizontal tube 26 charged with the molded body G is rotated by an erecting device 32 in a perpendicular plane to be connected to the vertical transporting tube 30 with the connection end section, to which the shutter 38 is arranged, faced downward. By opening the shutter 38, the molded body G is inserted into the vertical transporting tube 30 from the horizontal tube 26 to be supplied to a process equipment.
