Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain an environment testing device which is reduced in size, occupying space, and energy consumption and, at the same time, can be efficiently used as a multipurpose testing device which can perform two or more kinds of tests with one set by reducing the heat capacity of its heat insulating side wall so that the capacities of the heat source devices of a heater, refrigerator, etc., can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:A rotary heat insulating wall 6 is provided for dividing a testing tank for housing an object to be tested into a low- and high-temperature constant humidity sections 1 and 2 respectively provided with a low- and high- temperature adjusting machines 3 and 4. In addition a fulcrum and a motor are provided for rotating the wall 6 around the center of the testing tank by at least 180 deg..
