METHOD FOR CONTROLLING AMOUNT OF RAW MATERIAL WEIGHING HOPPER TO BE TAKEN OUT

PURPOSE:To control each amount of raw material to be taken out from a raw material weighing hopper to a preset amount to be taken out accurately. CONSTITUTION:In a method for taking out a specified amount of raw material by using raw material weighing hoppers 6 and 7 for weighing the raw material, an excessive amount of weighing value for the set amount to be taken out is obtained when the weighing value when acceptance of the raw material into the raw material weighing hoppers 6 and 7 is completed is larger than a preset amount to be taken out. The excessive amount is set as a weighing setting value at the time of completion of taking out the weighing value and the weighing setting value at the time of completion of taking out are constantly monitored when taking out of the raw material is initiated, and then taking out is stopped when the weighing value reaches the weighing setting value at the time of completion of taking out, thus controlling the amount of raw material to be cut from the raw material weighing hopper to a preset amount to be taken out accurately for achieving an efficient control of gas flow, etc., within a furnace.
