Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate a reduction in size and weight and improve mounting property by receiving a control circuit for controlling the primary coil of an ignition coil in a case body, and using the case body as the radiating material of the control circuit. CONSTITUTION:An iron core 11, a primary coil 12 wound on the iron core 11, and a secondary coil 13 electromagnetically connected to the primary coil 12 are received in a case body 3. A control circuit 21 for controlling the primary coil is particularly received in the case body 3, and the case body 3 is used as the radiating member of the control circuit 21. Namely, the case body 3 receives the control circuit 21 integrally together with the ignition coil 10, and also works as the radiating member of the heat generated from the control circuit 21. Thus, a smallsized ignition coil device having satisfactory mounting property can be provided at low cost.
