Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To dispense with preparing individual housing for electromagnets and thereby obtain an inexpensive reversing valve with a simple structure by embedding an electromagnet in a valve housing by plastic injection molding and constituting a valve member as a magnet movable element. CONSTITUTION: A feed pump 13 sucks fuel from a fuel tank 18 via a tank conduit 19 and a suction conduit 20, and delivers the fuel to a suction chamber 23 of a fuel injection pump 10 via a discharge pipe 22 and a connection conduit 24. A reversing valve 11 communicates the tank conduit 19 with the suction conduit 20, and the discharge pipe 22 with the connection conduit 24 at a feed position. The reversing valve 11 has a valve member 14 axially movably guided in a valve housing 26. In this case, the valve housing 26 is formed by plastics. An electromagnet 17 is partly embedded in the valve housing 26 by plastic injection molding. The valve member 14 is constituted as a magnet movable element.
