Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a means generating no bonding inferiority even when the bonding surfaces of a passage plate having passage grooves and an acting substrate having an emitting pressure forming means are slightly low in surface accuracy, easy to produce and assemble and having high reliability in an ink jet head obtained by bonding the passage plate and the acting substrate. CONSTITUTION:The warpage or undulation of the bonding surfaces of both of a passage plate 1 having many grooves 8 becoming passages formed thereto and an acting substrate 2 is eliminated by the elastic film 3 formed between the passage plate 1 and the acting substrate 2.
