RUSH HARVESTER

PURPOSE:To cut rush culms to even adjusted length and increase the commercial value in the harvesting work of rush without damaging the rush and lowering its quality. CONSTITUTION:A multiple-row reaping apparatus 3 is placed at a lower position of the front part of a vehicle 2 having driving apparatus 1. A several number of culm-guiding paths 5, 5' are formed with plural grass-dividing rods 4 in front of the reaping apparatus 3. The base part of the grass-dividing rod is attached near the reaping apparatus 3 and the tip of the rod is extended forward. The paths 5, 5' are provided with culm-raising apparatuses 6, 6', 6'' starting at the lower front side and ending at the upper rear side. The starting end of an upper endless transfer belt 7 is placed close to the upper rear side of the middle member of the culm-raising apparatuses 6, 6', 6''. A guiding apparatus 8 to guide the rush culm to both right and left sides immediately before reaping is placed at the back of the culm-raising apparatus 6'.
