PRESSURE CONTACTED SHIELD WIRE

PURPOSE:To prevent floating of a shield tape and a jacket at the time of pressure contact and soldering by limiting a rift of the shield tape to only one position. CONSTITUTION:An insulated wire core in which an outside periphery of a conductor 1 is covered with an insulator 2 is arranged on each of the right and left sides of a drain wire 3. A shield tape 4 is longitudinally attaching molded in such a manner that only one rift is provided in the circumferential direction of the wire 3, and a jacket 5 is provided in the outermost layer to be integrated. The rift of the tape 4 is existing in the downward direction in relation to the width direction of a shield wire. At the time of pressurizing working, the jacket 5 and tape 4 are peeled off so as to keep the jacket 5 and tape 4 in a cylinder shape at a part of the wire 3. The jacket 5 in the outside periphery of the wire 3 is formed into a C-shape and pressing force is exerted thereon so that the floating of the tape 4 and jacket 5 is not caused, the reliability at the time of pressure contact is enhanced, and defective rate is decreased.
