Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To easily measure impulsive sound on a floor in a short time with a small sample of a floor material by preparing a small-sized test slab of precast concrete and measuring vibration characteristics of the slab to be converted into sound pressure. CONSTITUTION:A slab 1 made of precast concrete with a predetermined size of 30X90cm and 20cm thickness, for example, is placed on a table 3 via a rubber cushion 2. A plurality of vibration acceleration pickups 4a, 4b are placed under the table as vibration level meters. Average vibration levels when only the slab 1 is placed and when a floor material 6 is placed on the slab 1 with a tapping machine 5 are respectively measured by charge amplifiers 7a, 7b and a frequency analyzer 8. Sound pressure conversion is done with difference between both average vibration levels as a vibration improved amount to estimate impulsive sound on a light-weighted floor. This measurement method shows high correlation with sound pressure and effectiveness of a measuring method for a soundproof property of the floor material. Further, by controlling various measuring machines with a personal computer, easier and more stable measurement may be possible.
