SECONDARY BATTERY MOUNTING EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To enable an apparatus to be compactly housed in, and thereby prevent an article to be housed in, secondary battery connecting terminals and the like from being damaged by enabling the secondary battery terminals and secondary battery housing pawls to be housed in a main body case. CONSTITUTION:A secondary battery charger is provided with open holes 12 and 13 on the upper surface of a main body case 11, and an open hole 14 is interposed between the open holes 12 and 13. Support bodies 17 and 18 for secondary battery mounting pawls 15 and 16 are provided for the open holes 12 and 13 in the upward direction from the case 11 in such a way as to be freely projected/depressed vertically. And a secondary battery connecting terminal 19 is provided for the open hole 14 in such a way as to be freely projected/depressed. Moreover, an operating body 20 is provided for one side surface of the main body case 11, meanwhile, oblong holes 21 and 22 are provided for the surface, and the operating body 20 is connected to the support bodies 17 and 18 and the terminal 19 in the inside of the operating body 20. In this case, pushing the operating body 20 upward permits the support bodies 17 and 18 and the terminal 19 to be projected upward out of the upper surface of the case 11, and pushing the operating body 20 downward permits the support bodies 17 and 18 and the terminal 19 to be depressed.
