When a device to be tested is fixed to an IC socket 9 on the auxiliary board 2 and an edge connector 6 is attached to a testing device, an output electric signal is transmitted to a contact pin 3 through a wiring pattern 7. The electric signal is further transmitted to the IC socket 9 via a contact pad 8 and wiring 12 and is provided to the device to be tested. |
