FEEDER OF CHIEFLY TWO-DIFFERENT AMMUNITION PACKAGE TO GATT RING GUN

PURPOSE: To see that an empty cartridge does not exist within a gun before new continuous firing by annexing a storage device for storing the empty cartridge from a carrier at the time of rear positioning after the continuous firing of a Gatling-type gun to each of the two carriers for carrying shells. CONSTITUTION: A double supplier annexed to a Gutling-type gun 1 is equipped with first and second carriers 3 and 4 for carrying the shells 5 and 6 for types A and B of ammunition, and a third device 8 for storing each shell 5 or 6 and besides for supplying it to a free bottom 2, and each shell 5 and 6 is carried from a magazine. Then, each carrier 3 and 4 is driven through a coupling 9 by the working of a drive source 7. In such a device, a storage device 10 which functions to storage the empty cartridge 11 or 12 or ammunition type A or B from each carrier 3 and 4 at the time of rear positioning is provided. This enables the Gatling-type gun 1 and the third device 8 to eliminate the empty cartridge 11 or 12 prior to new continuous firing.
