CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. comprises polyphenylene sulfide resin (A), an olefinic copolymer (B) having carboxyl groups neutralized with metallic ions (e.g. an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer having carboxyl groups neutralized with Na or Zn ions), and an epoxy resin (C) in the wt. ratios of A/B and (A+B)/C of 5/95-95/5 and 99.9/0.1-90/10, respectively.
