Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide a system most effectively utilizing an actuator in both of the functions of anti-lock braking and traction control. CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with an actuator 28, which is provided with a housing 32 forming a hole 36 and a piston 54 having a rod 56 and a head 52. The head 52 divides the hole 36 into a first pressure chamber 61 and a second pressure chamber 62. A first solenoid valve 24 is provided between the first chamber 61 and a master cylinder 12. A second solenoid valve 68 is provided between the first and second chambers 61 and 62. A desired function is generated by selectively opening and closing/closing the valves 24 and 68 and selectively moving the piston.
