Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To simplify an estimating procedure of an actual wheel load fluctuation and to simplify a chassis control system by estimating a wheel load fluctuation, previously computing possible changes of the load fluctuation as a function of a possible changes of chassis characteristics, and deciding whether the characteristics are to be regulated or not according to later judgment. CONSTITUTION: A measuring sensor 7 detects a spring displaced amount of a wheel unit, a measuring sensor 11 detects a vehicle body absolute acceleration of a vertical direction at a mounting position of a wheel of a vehicle body 1, and signals of the spring displaced motion and the vehicle body motion are supplied to a data computing means 8. The means 8 outputs as its output signals a wheel load fluctuation P and possible changes P'. A data evaluating means 9 associates the amounts P and P', compares with on another and/or with a read amount, and supplies a compared result to a coefficient unit. An output signal of the means 9 is supplied to an output stage 10 to switch the spring to be open loop controlled/closed loop controlled and/or the spring of a damper system and/or attenuating characteristics.
